The origins of the company and the project go back to 2015, when government officials engaged Mr. Best to explore how to rejuvenate and energize George Town. From these discussions emerged the idea of Music City Cayman, conceptualized by Mr. Best and subsequently developed into the project.

A message from the CEO
“A trip to The Cayman Islands, located in the heart of the Caribbean is as close as you can get to heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive, a nation of kind and generous people welcome you with open arms and invite you to discover a unique land surrounded by pristine white sand beaches and beautiful turquoise waters.
This is a first-world country with a thriving economy and a dollar that is pegged at $1.25 USD. And now, with Music City Cayman taking form, the country welcomes another exciting new development, truly a first of its kind in the Caribbean.
Also called the District, Music City Cayman will transform George Town into the music and entertainment capital of the Caribbean. George Town will join the elite club of cities around the globe where A-list concerts, trade shows, and professional sport events will take center stage as a matter of routine for its residents and visitors alike.
The time has arrived for Cayman’s time in the limelight”
